What is the Eisenhower Matrix?

The Eisenhower Matrix is a productivity tool that helps you prioritize tasks based on their urgency and importance. It divides tasks into four quadrants: Important & Urgent, Important & Not Urgent, Not Important & Urgent, and Not Important & Not Urgent.

How do I add tasks to the matrix?

Tap the '+' button in any quadrant to add a new task. Enter the task details and it will be automatically placed in the selected quadrant. You can drag and drop tasks between quadrants as their priority changes.

How do I determine which quadrant to use?

• Quadrant 1 (Important & Urgent): Critical deadlines, crises
• Quadrant 2 (Important & Not Urgent): Planning, personal development
• Quadrant 3 (Not Important & Urgent): Interruptions, some meetings
• Quadrant 4 (Not Important & Not Urgent): Time-wasters, trivial tasks

Can I set reminders for tasks?

Yes, you can set reminders for any task by tapping on it and selecting the reminder option. You can choose the date and time for the reminder.
